As a business entity, for us customer is always right. So, we try our to ultimate best to facilitate our customers and our return policy reflect this commitment.
If you have received your product but want to return it for any reason:
- product didn’t meet your expectations
- product was broken or damaged when it was unpacked
all you need to do is to send us the return shipment and don’t forget to inform us (SMS/Email/Facebook Message).
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery confirmation, so if you don’t want to keep the item, act quickly.
In case you choose to return the item, you’ll be refunded within 7 days after we receive return shipment from you through bank deposit.
Remember to share your bank information in return package or through SMS/Email/Facebook Message.
How to cancel your order?
Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of when it was placed (share your order number when cancelling). After that time, it’ll be automatically considered as confirmed and will be shipped to you.
How can I return a Product?
If you don’t want to keep the product and return it:

- pack it carefully
- and ship it to us
