Generally all orders are shipped within 12 to 24 hours. If the required items is not in stock, the customer will be informed about it in the confirmation.
Customer can return the product within 7 days of received the product and claim a refund or exchange.
In case of refund, only the product price will be returned. Shipping charges will not be added in the refund.
If product is delivered damaged, customer can register a complaint on our landline number (04232170717), our email or WhatsApp (03473500180) along with pictures of the damaged item and packing slip.
If a wrong item has been sent, we will arrange pickup of the incorrect item and the correct item will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Customer can claim a refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refund will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa.
Shipping charges will be not included in the refund.
